Good Dog Awards (Bronze)
Let’s be honest — The Good Dog Award is a challenge, and that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding.
This course is for owners who are ready to take the next step in their training and really commit to building a strong, reliable partnership with their dog. If you're ready to put in the time and work, we’ll be right there beside you, helping you and your dog become a solid team. It is expected that alongside attending the training sessions that we expect you to put in several hours of work independently between sessions.
Held in Inverurie over 6 weekly classes, we’ll work on the kind of behaviours that make everyday life easier — and more enjoyable — for both you and your dog. Think calm walks, polite greetings, better focus, and real-life skills that actually stick. The bronze award is not about having the finished article but being a lot closer by the end of the course.
We also know that no two dogs are the same. Whether your dog is a bit quirky, full of beans, or still figuring things out, we’ll support you to bring out their best.
What we’ll cover:
Walking nicely on lead (even with distractions)
Coming back when called
Waiting at doors
