A Clinical Animal Behaviourist (DipCABT) with extensive experience in canine behaviour and welfare, offering a professional Expert Witness service for cases involving dogs and their owners facing legal proceedings under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010.

Following the assessment, a detailed written report is produced for submission to the court, offering clear, impartial, and evidence-based professional opinion.  We are also available for full and half day Court appearances should it be necessary.
